Cílem této práce je zmapovat rozvoj supervize v rámci Občanské poradny při Jihočeské rozvojové o. p. s. Prací poukazuji na zavedení supervize do poradny a taktéž na její ukotvení ve standardech kvality. Zároveň konfrontuji kontrakty Občanské poradny s "teoretickým manuálem``. Teoretická část práce definuje disciplíny supervize a poradenství. V praktické části pak poukazuji na ukotvení supervize v Občanské poradně při Jihočeské rozvojové o. p. s. a zároveň zmiňuji další možnosti jejího rozvoje. The aim of this work is to explore the development of supervision in terms of the Citizens Advice Bureaux of Jihočeská rozvojová o. p. s. This work refers to the introduction of supervision into the Citizens Advice Bureaux and how it is established in the quality standards. At the same time I compare a content of contract of Citizens Advice Bureaux with {\clq}qtheoretical manual``. The theoretical section defines the discipline of supervision and counseling. The practical part discusses about inclusion of supervision in Citizens Advice Bureaux of Jihočeská rozvojová o. p. s. and it mentions other possibilities of development.
