Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mírou plnění ověřitelných slibů z volebních programů předložených před české občany v rámci voleb do poslanecké sněmovny v roce 2017. Cílem práce je analýza míry plnění slibů všemi politickými stranami, které se v roce 2017 dostali do parlamentu. Analýza zkoumá míru plnění slibů v posledním ukončeném volebním období, tedy mezi lety 2018-2021, kdy byla u moci Druhá vláda Andreje Babiše. Cílem práce je předložit čtenářům výsledky analýzy a zjistit rozdílnou míru plnění koaličních a opozičních stran. Výsledky analýzy prokázaly, že v českém prostředí neplní koaliční strany zásadně více slibů než strany opoziční. Nejvyšší míra plnění slibů byla prokázána u strany ANO, která v době mandátu držela post premiérského křesla a splnila 42 % testovatelných slibů. Druhou nejvyšší míru plnění slibů se 41 % měla však opoziční strana Starostové a nezávislí. Koalice celkem plnila 41 % slibů a opozice celkově plnila 28 % slibů, kdy byly výsledky ovlivněny nulovou mírou plnění slibů ze strany SPD. Výsledky analýzy tedy dochází k závěru, že míra naplnění slibů u koaličních a opozičních stran se významně neliší. Míru plnění slibů tohoto vybraného případu však mohla významně ovlivnit pandemie covidu-19, která v České republice propukla v prvním čtvrtletí v roce 2020 a trvala až do konce... This bachelor thesis deals with the degree of fulfilment of verifiable promises from the election programmes presented to the Czech citizens in the 2017 elections to the Chamber of Deputies. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the rate of fulfilment of promises by all political parties that entered the parliament in 2017. The analysis examines the rate of fulfilment of promises in the last completed electoral period, i.e. between 2018-2021, when the second government of Andrej Babiš was in power. The aim of the paper is to present the results of the analysis to the readers and to find out the different rates of fulfillment of the coalition and opposition parties. The results of the analysis have shown that in the Czech environment, coalition parties do not fulfil fundamentally more promises than opposition parties. The highest rate of fulfilment of promises was shown for the ANO party, which held the prime minister's seat at the time of the mandate and fulfilled 42% of the testable promises. However, the opposition party, Starostové a nezávislí (the Mayors and Independents), had the second highest rate of promise fulfilment with 41 %.
