Bakalářská práce se zabývá volnočasovou a transportní aktivitou studentů vybraných fakult JU, jako preventivním faktorem zdravotních komplikací. Rozebírá zdravotní komplikace, které vznikají inaktivitou a nezdravým životním stylem. Dále se zabývá blahodárným účinkem pohybu na tělo i ducha. Praktická část je provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření na fakultách Jihočeské univerzity. Zjišťuje, zda je prevence zdravotních komplikací v povědomí studentů JU. The bachelor thesis deals with leisure time and transport activity of the students at selected faculties of University of South Bohemia as a preventive factor of health complications. It analyses the health complications which are caused by low activity and unhealthy life style. It also considers positive effects of exercise on body and mind. Practical part is carried out in the way of quesionnaire survey at the faculties of University of South Bohemia. It investigates if university students are aware of health precaution.
