Silvie Táborská Název práce: Možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů s hypermobilním syndromem Abstrakt práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hypermobilního syndromu a možnostmi jeho terapie. Jedná se o rešeršní typ práce, rozdělený na obecnou a speciální část. Teoretická část shrnuje aktuální poznatky o hypermobilním syndromu. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsána etiologie, klinický obraz, diagnostické metody hypermobilního syndromu. Poslední kapitola této části se věnuje možnostem terapie u hypermobilních jedinců. Speciální část je zpracována formou systematické rešerše klinických studií zaměřených na aktuálně využívané metody v terapii hypermobilního syndromu. Cílem speciální části je zodpovězení otázek, jaké terapeutické přístupy je vhodné zvolit u pacientů s hypermobilním syndromem a jaká je potřebná délka terapie pro ovlivnění hypermobilního syndromu. Po nastudování literatury a vypracování přehledu studií se jako nejvhodnější přístup ukazuje zejména cvičení v uzavřených kinematických řetězcích a cvičení se zaměřením na zvýšení propriocepce a ovlivnění posturální stability. Cvičení hraje roli hlavně ve snížení bolesti, zlepšení propriocepce a vytrvalosti, či zvýšení svalové síly. Vzhledem k tomu, že je hypermobilní... Silvie Táborská Title: Therapeutic methods of physiotherapy in treating patients with hypermobility syndrome Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with issue of hypermobility syndrome and its therapeutic methods. The work is a research character and concists of theoretical and special parts. The theorical part provides an overview of the current knowledge about hypermobility syndrome. It covers and etiology, prevalence, clinical manifestiton and diagnostic methods of hypermobility syndrome. The final chapter of this part provides therapeutic methods for individuals with hypermobility syndrome. The special part of this thesis is a literature review of clinical studies focusing on the most commonly used methods in the treating hypermobility syndrome. The aim of the special part is answer the questions of which terapeutic approaches are suitable for patients with hypermobility syndrome and what is duration of therapy to influence hypermobility syndrome. After studying the literature and conducting the systematic review, the most suitable therapy is deemed to be exercises in closed kinematic chains and exercises that increase proprioception and influence postural stability.
