Název práce: Vliv konzumace alkoholu a kouření na fyzickou kondici seniorek Cíl práce: Posouzení vlivu konzumace alkoholu a kouření na fyzickou kondici seniorek nad 60 let Metoda: Práce byla zpracována jako průřezová studie, do které byla data sbírána pomocí ankety ohledně konzumace alkoholu a kouření v průběhu života a čtyř fyzických testů vybraných z testové baterie Senior fitness test. Pro ucelení studie pak byla sbírána data ohledně životního stylu účastníků doplňujícími otázkami. Výsledky: Studie se účastnilo 34 seniorek ve věku 61-89 let. Průměrný věk účastnic dosáhl 72,1 let. Tři seniorky uvedly spotřebu cigaret 15 ks za den, jedna 12 ks, dvě 10 ks, jedna 10 a jedna 7 ks na den. Tři z těchto seniorek splnily či překročily normativní rozsah pro svůj věk ve všech fyzických testech, dvě se do normativního rozsahu nedostaly pouze jednou, a to shodně v testu chůze 6 minut, jedna splnila normu pouze v testu sed-vztyk a zbylé dvě nesplnily normy ani v jednom testu Sedmnáct seniorek alkohol nekonzumovalo, sedm uvedlo průměrnou konzumaci alkoholu do 20 g za den, deset nad 20 g alkoholu na den, z toho dvě seniorky překročily hranici 70 g alkoholu denně. Jedna z těchto seniorek splnila či překročila normativní rozsah pro svůj věk ve všech fyzických testech, druhá se do normativního rozsahu nedostala... Title: The influence of alcohol consumption and smoking on the physical condition of senior women Objectives: Assessment of the influence of alcohol consumption and smoking on the physical condition of senior women over 60 years of age Methods: The work will be processed as a cross-sectional study, in which data will be collected using a questionnaire regarding alcohol consumption and smoking during life and four physical tests selected from the test battery Senior fitness test. In order to complete the study, data regarding the lifestyle of the participants will be collected by additional questions. Results: 34 senior women aged 61-89 participated in the study. The average age of the participants was 72,1 years. Three senior women reported consumption of 15 cigarettes per day, one 12 cigarettes, two 10 cigarettes, one 10 cigarettes and one 7 cigarettes per day. Three of these women met or exceeded the normative range for their age in all physical tests, two did not reach the normative range only once, both in the 6-minute walk test, one met the norm only in the 30-Second Chair Stand, and the remaining two did not meet the norms in any test.
