Bakalářská práce se zabývá synechiemi vulvy v dětském věku, informovaností rodičů o této problematice a informovaností rodičů o možnostech prevence jejího vzniku. Synechia vulvae vzniká spojením protilehlých okrajů sliznice poševního vchodu nebo malých stydkých pysků, a to výhradně na genitálu, který není pod vlivem ženských pohlavních hormonů - estrogenů. Pro její označení se používají též termíny labiální adheze či labiální konglutinace. Jedná se o relativně časté onemocnění, jehož řešení může být zdrojem značného stresu pro dítě i rodiče. Toto onemocnění je však preventabilní, a proto je vhodné se jím podrobněji zaobírat, přičemž edukace, která se váže k tomuto problému, spadá také do kompetencí porodní asistentky. V rámci práce zjišťuji, jaká je informovanost rodičů o problematice synechií, odkud svoje informace získali a zda pro ně tyto informace byly srozumitelné a dostatečné. Zároveň se pak zabývám tím, zda rodiče dítěte znají preventivní opatření, která mohou vzniku synechií zamezit a zda tato preventivní opatření dodržují. klíčová slova: synechia vulvae, informovanost rodičů, možnosti prevence, labiální adheze The bachelor's thesis deals with labial adhesions in childhood, parents' awareness of this issue and parents' awareness of prevention options. Synechia vulvae is formed by the joining of the opposite edges of the mucous membrane of the vaginal entrance or labia minora, exclusively on the genital area, which is not under the influence of female sex hormones - estrogens. The terms labial adhesions or labial conglutinations are also used to describe it, especially in English. This is a relatively common disease, the treatment of which can be however a source of considerable stress for both the child and the parents. The disease is preventable, and therefore it is advisable to deal with it in more detail, while the education related to this problem also falls within the competence of the midwife. As part of my work, I find out how parents are informed about the issue of labial adhesions, where they got the information from, and whether this information was comprehensible and sufficient for them. At the same time, I study whether the child's parents are aware of preventive measures thanks to which the occurrence of labial adhesions might be avoided and whether the parents follow these preventive measures. keywords: labial adhesions, labial conglutinations, parents' awareness, prevention options
