Tato diplomová práce studuje směsi polykarbonátu a akrylo-nitryl-butadien-styrenu. Zabývá se optimalizací jejich výroby v laboratorním měřítku a charakterizací jejich vlastností. Porovnává výsledky se vzorkem, který byl připraven v běžné výrobě komerčním partnerem. Pokouší se zlepšit vlastnosti připravovaných směsí pomocí nanoplniv, kompatibilizátorů a modifikátorů houževnatosti. Srovnává a diskutuje dosažené výsledky jednotlivých receptur, a to konkrétně vztahy mezi mikrostrukturou, reologickými vlastnostmi a mechanickými vlastnostmi. This diploma thesis studies mixtures of polycarbonate and acrylonitryl-butadiene-styrene. It deals with optimization of their production on laboratory scale and characterization of their properties. It compares the results with a sample prepared by a commercial partner in normal production. It tries to improve the properties of the prepared mixtures by means of nanofillers, compatibilizers and toughness modifiers. It compares and discusses the results of individual recipes, namely the relationships between microstructure, rheological properties and mechanical properties.
