VÝCHODISKA - Oblast adiktologické péče, která se zaměřuje na děti a dospívající, se v posledních letech značně posouvá vpřed, i přesto je stále tato cílová skupina v porovnání například s dospělou populací nedostatečně popsaná. Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou duálních diagnóz u pacientů Ambulance dětské a dorostové adiktologie CÍLE - Cílem diplomové práce je podrobnější pohled na druhy diagnóz vyskytující se mezi pacienty Ambulance dětské a dorostové adiktologie a hledání možné pravidelnosti výskytu stejného vzorce těchto diagnóz (psychiatrické diagnózy pacientů spojené s užíváním návykových látek či nelátkovou závislostí). Dále se práce zaměřuje na počet návštěv pacientů, tedy jaké návštěvnosti zařízení dosahují pacienti s různými diagnózami. METODY - Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí korelační analýzy a popisné statistiky. Do výzkumu byli zařazeni všichni pacienti, kteří v letech 2015-2021 navštívili Ambulanci dětské a dorostové adiktologie. VÝSLEDKY - Nejčastější hlavní diagnózou je u pacientů ADDA patologické hráčství (F63.0) a závislost na kanabinoidech (F12.2), nečastější přidruženou diagnózou jsou poruchy chování, a to F90.1 hyperkinetická porucha chování a F91.1 nesocializovaná porucha chování. Více než jednu diagnózu má 213 pacientů ze 450. U 96 pacientů s diagnózou F63.0 má 36... BACKROUND - The area of addictological care, which focuses on children and adolescents, has moved forward considerably in recent years, yet this target group is still insufficiently described in comparison with, for example, the adult population. The presented thesis deals with the issue of dual diagnoses in patients of the Outpatient Addiction Treatment Clinic for Children and Adolescents. AIMS - The aim of the diploma thesis is a more detailed view of the types of diagnoses occurring among patients of the Outpatient Addiction Treatment Clinic for Children and Adolescent and the search for the possible regularity of the occurrence of the same pattern of these diagnoses (psychiatric diagnoses of patients associated with the use of addictive substances or non-substance dependence). Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the number of patient visits, i.e. the number of visits to the facility achieved by patients with different diagnoses. METHODS - The obtained data were processed using correlation analysis and descriptive statistics. The research included all patients who visited the outpatient clinic in 2015-2021.
