Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit webovou mapovou aplikaci v lokalitě Nečtiny. Dalšími dílčími cíli je provést analýzu tvorby webových mapových aplikaci. Konkrétně analyzovat komerční a nekomerční vývoj webových mapových aplikací s využitím Leaflet a ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jak základní pojmy týkající se webové kartografie, WebGIS, tak i webové mapové aplikace, mapové portály a pojmy související s tématem. Dále jsou představeny technologické aspekty webových map, jako programovací jazyky. V další kapitole jsou představeny nástroje pro tvorbu webových mapových aplikací. Poté jsou stanovena kritéria, která by měla aplikace splňovat. V praktické části je následně na základě kritérií provedeno hodnocení jednotlivých cest pro tvorbu webových mapových aplikací. Následuje klíčová část této práce, a to návrh webové mapové aplikace a následně její samotná tvorba jak s využitím komerčních, tak s využitím volně dostupných softwarů a nástrojů. Výstupem práce jsou tedy dvě aplikace pro lokalitu Nečtiny. Jedna vytvořená pomocí JavaScriptové knihovny Leaflet a druhá s využitím technologií od společnosti Esri, jako je ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online a ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a web map application in the locality of Nečtiny. Other sub- objectives are to analyze the creation of web map applications. Specifically, to analyze the commercial and non-commercial way of creating web map applications using Leaflet and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to web cartography, WebGIS, as well as web map applications, map portals and concepts related to the topic. Furthermore, technological aspects of web maps, such as programming languages, are introduced. In the next chapter, tools for creating web map applications are introduced. Then the criteria that the application should meet are set out. In the practical part, an evaluation of the different paths for creating web map applications is then made based on the criteria. This is followed by the key part of this work, namely the design of the web map application and then its actual creation using both commercial and freely available software and tools. The output of the work are two applications for the locality of Nečtiny. One created using the Leaflet JavaScript library and the other using Esri technologies such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
