Bakalářská práce řeší příklady, popis a srovnání objektů státní samosprávy, seznámení s jejich problematikou. Zabývá se strukturou a legislativou územních samospráv. Zaměřuje se především na rekonstrukci objektů požárních zbrojnic v jejich majetku. Práce se dále zabývá zjištěním stavu a příčin poruch těchto objektů. Na základě této bakalářské práce by mělo být jasné, kdo tyto objekty zřízuje, opravuje, provádí rekonstrukce a financuje. Práce seznamuje s potřebnou legislativou pro provedení rekonstrukce objektů požárních zbrojnic. This bachelor thesis includes cases, description and comparison of objects of state autonomy and orientation in their problems. It deals with the structure and legislation of municipal authorities. It concentrates above all on the reconstruction of fire stations owned by them. The work also covers investigation of the condition and defects of these fire stations. Based on this bachelor work it should become evident, who establishes, reconstructs and funds these objects. The thesis gives information on the legislation, which is needed to carry out reconstruction of fire stations.
