Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vybraných parametrů a živin kvality vody ve vazbě na srážko- odtokový režim v povodí Sázavky. Srážko-odtokový režim je ovlivněn mnoha faktory, mimo jiné i měnícím se klimatem, kterému se v posledních letech dostává čím dál větší pozornosti. Tyto změny mohou mít i následný dopad na jakost povrchových vod. V první části této práce jsou představeny vybrané parametry kvality vody. Cílem je snaha o pochopení jejich chování při měnící se dynamice vodního toku. K tomu byla využita česká i zahraniční literatura. V práci jsou také představeny nejčastější statistické metody, které se využívají při analyzování parametrů geochemismu. Druhá část práce se zabývá změnou klimato-hydrologických charakteristik (teplota vzduchu, úhrn srážek, výška sněhové pokrývky a průtok), analýzou živin (formy dusíku a fosforu) a fyzikálních parametrů (teplota vody a elektrolytická konduktivita). Jako poslední byly vyhodnoceny metabolity herbicidů, které se v povodí vyskytovaly nad mezí detekce (acetochlor ESA, alachlor ESA, dimethachlor ESA a metolachlor ESA). Při analýze byly využity některé metody, které byly představeny v rešeršní části. V práci se lze setkat s regresní analýzou, korelačními koeficienty a Man-Kendallovým testem. This bachelor thesis aims to study the selected parameters and nutrients of water quality in relation to the rainfall-runoff regime in the Sázavka River basin. The rainfall-runoff regime is influenced by many factors, including the climate change, which has received more and more attention in recent years. These changes may have a consequential impact on the quality of surface waters. In the first part of this paper selected parameters of water quality are presented. The aim was to try to understand their behaviour under the changing water flow dynamics. For this purpose, Czech and foreign literature was used. In this thesis there are also presented the most common statistical methods that are used in analysing geochemical parameters. The second part of this paper deals with the changes of climate- hydrological characteristics (air temperature, precipitation, snow cover and flow), the analysis of nutrients (forms of nitrogen and phosphorus) and physical parameters (water temperature and electrolytic conductivity). Lastly, metabolites of herbicides that ware above the detection limit in the watershed (acetochlor ESA, alachlor ESA, dimethachlor ESA and metolachlor ESA) were assessed.
