Diplomová práce se zabírá analýzou současného stavu procesu vstupní kontroly ve firmě. Je zde popsán současný stav procesu vstupní kontroly ve firmě a navazující procesy, které jsou součástí procesů v celé organizaci. V práci je využita metodika PDCA, která vydefinovala slabé místo jakož to proces měření, který je součástí vstupní kontroly. Dále jsou zde popsány nástroje a jejich aplikace pro docílení zlepšení procesu měření v návaznosti i na proces vstupní kontroly a zamezení tak možnému dopadu na nekvalitu finálních dílů. Zavedením definovaných metodik lze považovat data za způsobilá a lze je vhodně využít v celém sledovaném procesu. The thesis analyzes the current state of the process of incoming inspection in the company. It describes the current state of the process in the company and subsequent processes that are part of the whole organization. The thesis uses the PDCA methodology to define the weak points in the measurement system, which are parts of entry control. Furthermore, it will explain how tools and their applications are used to improve the measurement system the follow-up of the incoming inspection. Ultimately I would like to avoid an increase in low quality parts in the incoming inspection process. By implementing the defined methodologies, the data can be considered eligible and can be subsequently presented throughout the whole process.
