Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou MKP metodiky pro určení tuhosti planžetového ventilu. Planžetový ventil je jedním z nejčastěji používaných ventilů v tlumičích vozidel. Tuhost ventilu značně ovlivňuje charakteristiky daného tlumiče. Určit tyto charakteristiky, spolu s tuhostí planžetového ventilu, je náročný a zdlouhavý proces založený především na empirickém měření. Z tohoto důvodu je vytvořen výpočtový MKP model pomocí softwaru Ansys Workbench. Tento model je validován pomocí měřených dat. V této práci je také diskutována možnost využívání analytických výpočtů. This thesis deals with the creation of a Finite Element Method (FEM) methodology for determining the stiffness of a shim valve. The shim valve is one of the most commonly used valves in vehicle dampers. The valve's stiffness significantly influences the characteristics of a given damper. Determining these characteristics, along with the stiffness of the shim valve, is a demanding and lengthy process based primarily on empirical measurement. For this reason, a computational FEM model is created using Ansys Workbench software. This model is validated using measured data. This paper also discusses the possibility of using analytical calculations.
