Bakalárska práca je zameraná na využitie dosiahnutých znalostí, nástrojov a metód projektového managementu v projekte implementácie ERP systému u zákazníka. Teoretická časť práce sa sústreďuje na základné pojmy, ktoré súvisia s danou tématikou a sú následne využité v ďalších častiach práce. Analytická časť rozoberá súčasný stav firmy AUTOCONT a jej prístup k riadeniu projektov. Posledná návrhová časť naväzuje na časť analytickú a je venovaná vlastným návrhom riešenia projektu za pomoci nástrojov a metód projektového managementu. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of acquired knowledge, tools, and methods of project management in the implementation of an ERP system project for a client. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the basic concepts related to the topic and is subsequently utilized in the other parts of the work. The analytical part examines the current state of the company AUTOCONT and its approach to project management. The final proposal section builds upon the analytical part and is dedicated to proposing solutions to the project using project management tools and methods.
