Autor: Izabela Starková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou Guillain-Barré syndrom Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí základních informací o diagnóze Guillain-Barré syndromu a následné zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: V teoretické části práce je charakterizován syndrom Guillain-Barré, jeho příčiny, diagnostika a léčba. Podklady pro sepsání teoretické práce byly čerpány z odborné literatury. Speciální část je tvořena kazuistikou fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s Guillain-Barré syndromem. Kazuistika se skládá z anamnézy, vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření, záznamu průběhu jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, zhodnocení efektů terapie a diskuse. Speciální část této práce byla zpracována na základě terapií, které proběhly v průběhu vykonávání souvislé odborné praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici Praha v termínu 9. 1. 2023 - 3. 2. 2023. Výsledky: Během terapií se podařilo dosáhnout zlepšení fyzického stavu pacientky. Došlo k protažení zkrácených svalů, zvýšení svalové síly, zlepšení stability ve stoji i při chůzi a také ke zvýšení samostatnosti. Summary: This thesis is divided into a theoretical and special part. The focus of the theoretical part is the diagnosis of Guillain-Barre syndrome, it's characteristics, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatement and rehabilitation. The special part consist of a case study of a patient effected with Guillain-Barré syndrome. The special part is divided into initial and final examination, describtion of the physiotherapy sessions, assesment of effectivnes of the treatement and discussion. Results: We could see improvement in the pactient's physical condition. Lenghthening of shorthened muscle groups was achieved as well as improvement in strenght, stability, gait and ADL.
