Název: Sonografická studie kyčelních kloubů u hráčů ledního hokeje Cíle: Cílem práce je zjištění, zdali má hra ledního hokeje vliv na vznik strukturálních změn kyčelního kloubu a zdali má na tyto změny vliv míra výkonnosti, případně hrací post hráče ledního hokeje. V rámci teoretické i výzkumné části práce je cílem zmapovat dosavadní poznatky mezi vztahem dlouhodobé hry ledního hokeje a jeho působení na strukturální změny pohybového aparátu. Cílem je ozřejmit stav kyčelních kloubů profesionálních hráčů českého ledního hokeje spolu s hráči české univerzitní ligy ledního hokeje a podrobit tento stav kontrole vůči vzorku z rekreačně sportující běžné populace. Metody: Tato diplomová práce má výzkumný charakter observačního experimentu. Teoretická východiska práce byla vypracována na základě dostupných aktuálních českých a zahraničních literárních zdrojů v anglickém, německém a českém jazyce. Výzkumná část práce hodnotí šířku kloubní štěrbiny kyčelních kloubů pomocí MSK sonografie spolu s funkčním a goniometrickým vyšetřením kyčelních kloubů mezi dvěma výkonnostně lišícími se skupinami hráčů ledního hokeje a rekreačně sportující běžnou populací. U skupin hráčů ledního hokeje byla dále hodnocena svalová dynamometrie abduktorů a adduktorů kyčelních kloubů. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 98 probandů, kteří... Title: Sonographic Study of hip joints in Ice Hockey Players Aims: This diploma thesis aims to find out whether the game of ice hockey affects the emergence of structural changes in the hip joint and whether the level of performance or the playing position of the ice hockey player affects these changes. Within the framework of the theoretical and research part of the work, the aim is to map the current findings between the relationship between the long-term ice hockey game and its effect on structural changes of the musculoskeletal system. The aim is to clarify the condition of the hip joints of professional czech ice hockey players together with players of the czech university ice hockey league and to subject this condition to control against a sample from the general population who do recreational sports. Methods: This thesis has the research character of an observational experiment. The theoretical basis of the work was developed based on available current Czech and foreign literary sources in English, German, and Czech. The research part of the work evaluates the width of the articular space of the hip joints using MSK sonography along with the functional and goniometric examination of the hip joints between two groups of ice hockey players with different performances and the general population...
