Tématem bakalářské práce je příspěvek na péči v benešovském regionu. Jejím cílem je představit čtenáři problematiku příspěvku na péči od jeho vzniku, nástin historie, a jeho postupné vyvíjení v období od ledna roku 2007 do února roku 2010. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, praktickou část a přílohy. V teoretickém konceptu je vymezen příspěvek na péči a jeho právní úprava. Další kapitoly popisují příjemce příspěvku na péči a jejich potřeby, řízení o příspěvku na péči, problematiku sociálního šetření, práci lékařské posudkové služby a kontroly využívání příspěvku na péči. Součástí teoretické části je i kapitola vymezující téma obcí a sociálních pracovníků vybraného městského úřadu. V praktickém konceptu bakalářské práce je představena v rámci kasuistik problematika klientů využívajících příspěvek na péči. Přílohy obsahují příklady závěrečných zpráv z provedeného sociálního šetření, přehled úkonů posuzovaných při sociálním šetření u dospělého žadatele, záznam o kontrole využívání příspěvku na péči, statistické údaje o příspěvku na péči Městského úřadu Benešov. The bachelor thesis is engaged in the care allowance within the Benešov region. The aim is to introduce the care allowance issue to the reader since its beginning, mention the history and explain the continuous development in the period of January 2007 - February 2010. The bachelor thesis includes theoretical part, practical part and appendices. The care allowance and its legal regulation are defined in the theoretical concept. Other chapters explain the care allowance recipient and his/her needs, care allowance proceedings, social investigation issue, work of medical advisory service and control of the care allowance{\crq}s use. A chapter defining the issue of municipalities and social workers of the chosen municipal office is also a part of the theoretical part. The issue of clients using care allowance with regard to casuistry is introduced in the practical concept of this bachelor thesis. Appendices contain instances of final reports of conducted social investigations, summary of acts considered in the social investigation of an adolescent applicant, records of control of the care allowance use, Benešov{\crq}s municipal office statistical data on care allowance.
