AUTORSTVÍ A FOTOGRAFIE V PROSTŘEDÍ WEBU 2.0: DÍLO V RUKOU PRODUŽIVATELŮ Autor: Mgr. Vojtěch Novák Tato disertační práce se zabývá problematikou autorství a fotografie v prostředí webu 2.0. Metodologicky přistupuje k dané problematice prostřednictvím epistemologie nových médií. Vysvětluje, proč v prostředí webu 2.0 dochází k posunu od Barthesova poststrukturalistického diváka k Brunsovu produživateli, a proč je v kontextu soudobé informační společnosti v prostředí sítě suverénní autor nenávratně překonán. V souvislosti s foucaultovskou terminologií prezentuje dispozitiv webu 2.0 jakožto změnu sociální praxe, a také upozorňuje na nutný odklon od technooptimismu. Následně zkoumá problematiku autorství a fotografie z hlediska autorského práva a předkládá koncept kvazidíla, který vysvětluje pomocí několika případových studií. V závěrečné části sumarizuje předložené poznatky a prezentuje možná východiska pro další výzkum. AUTHORSHIP AND PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE CONTEXT OF WEB 2.0: PRODUCT IN THE HANDS OF PRODUSERS Author: Mgr. Vojtěch Novák This PhD thesis is concentrated on the topic of authorship and photography in the context of web 2.0. As a part of the methodological approach, it uses the method of new media epistemology. It explains the shift from barthesian poststructuralist viewer towards Bruns' produser and also clarifies why the sovereignty of the author is in the context of web 2.0 irrecoverably overcomed. In relation to foucauldian terminology, it presents the concept of dispositif of web 2.0 as a change of social praxis and it points out the necessity of the abandonment of techno-optimism. Subsequently, it concentrates on the topic of authorship and photography from the perspective of the authorial law and it introduces the concept of the quasi-product while using several study cases in order to explain it. Eventually, it summarizes the overall findings and suggests the possible foundation for the further research.
