Autor: Barbora Němcová Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Kateřina Maršáková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou periferní paréza nervus radialis. Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků k problematice periferních paréz se speciálním zaměřením na parézu radiálního nervu, včetně fyzioterapeutických možností léčby. Ve speciální části je cílem vypracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou, při které využívám znalostí a dovedností nabytých během svého studia. Metody: Práce je složena ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o periferní paréze nervus radialis na základě českých a anglických monografiích a článků dostupných v tištěné i elektronické podobě. Je zde popsána základní anatomie radiálního nervu, etiologie a klinický obraz poškození a jeho klasifikace. Dále je popsána léčba periferní parézy s podrobnějším vhledem do fyzioterapeutické péče a užitím konkrétních metod. Konkrétní kazuistika pacientky s touto diagnózou je obsahem speciální části. K péči o pacientky byly využity vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsou náplní bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na FTVS UK Výsledky: Porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření ukázalo mírné zvětšení síly paretických svalů, zvětšení aktivních i pasivních rozsahů pohybu... Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of peripheral palsy, especially the radial nerve palsy, including physiotherapy treatment options. My other aim is to elaborate a detailed case study of a patient with this diagnosis, in which I use the knowledge and skills acquired during my studies. Methods: The thesis consists of two main parts. The general part summarizes theoretical knowledge of peripheral radial palsy based on Czech and English bibliohraphy available in printed and electronic form. The basic anatomy of the radial nerve etiology and clinical picture of damage and its classification are described here. In the upcomming part the treatment of peripheral paresis is described with a more detailed insight into physiotherapy care and the use of specific methods. The practical part documents the case report of a patient with this diagnosis. Examing and therapeutic methods and techniques which are taught during physiotherapy Bc. programme at FTVS UK were used in care of the patient.
