Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kvality vody s využitím kolorimetrie. Součástí práce je seznámení s fyzikálními a chemickými parametry vody, dále s optickými metodami, mezi něž patří fotometrie, spektrofotometrie a kolorimetrie, a úvod do regresní analýzy. Na tyto metody a analýzu navazuje praktická část měřením pH, dusičnanů a tvrdosti vody pomocí spektrofotometru a senzoru viditelného světla AS7262 s vývojovou deskou SparkFun. V závěru práce je porovnání absorpčních spekter, kalibračních křivek a parametrů lineární regrese obou metod. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of water quality using colorimetry. Part of the work is an introduction to the physical and chemical parameters of water, as well as optical methods, which include photometry, spectrophotometry and colorimetry, and an introduction to regression analysis. These methods and analysis are followed by a practical part by measuring pH, nitrate and water hardness using a spectrophotometer and an AS7262 visible light sensor with a SparkFun development board. At the end of the work there is a comparison of absorption spectra, calibration curves and linear regression parameters of both methods.
