Tato práce se zabývá tepelnými výpočty synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. V první části je popsána konstrukce synchronních strojů s přímým připojením na síť. Dále jsou zde uvedeny mechanismy a základní vztahy přenosu tepla, následně je v této práci popsána metoda tepelné sítě. Ve třetí části jsou odvozeny tepelné odpory a jsou připraveny tepelné modely důležitých geometrických těles. Ve čtvrté části se nachází tepelný model synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. Poté je popsána příprava laboratorního vzorku synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. Dále se zde nachází změřené průběhy oteplovacích charakteristik synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. Tyto průběhy jsou porovnány s vypočtenými průběhy přechodného tepelného modelu synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. Na základě průběhů změřených oteplovacích charakteristik byly identifikovány vstupní parametry přechodného tepelného modelu synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. V poslední části práce je uvedeno srovnání středních teplot tepelného modelu se středními teplotami konečnoprvkových tepelných modelů synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť vytvořeném v softwaru Ansys Workbench v ustáleném stavu. Dále se zde nachází tvorba částí automatizovaných parametrických geometrií. Následně je vytvořen konečnoprvkový tepelný model synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť v softwaru Ansys Workbench v přechodném stavu. Střední teploty tohoto přechodného konečnoprvkového tepelného modelu jsou porovnány se středními teplotami tepelného modelu synchronního stroje s přímým připojením na síť. This paper deals with the thermal calculations of a line-start synchronous machine. The first part presents the design of line-start synchronous machines. Then the mechanisms and fundamental thermal transfer relationships are proposed, followed by the thermal network method. In the third part, thermal resistances are derived, and thermal models of essential geometrical solids are prepared. In the fourth part, the thermal model of the line-start synchronous machine is described. Then the prepared laboratory model of the line-start synchronous machine is proposed. Next, the measured waveforms of thermal characteristics of the line-start synchronous machine are presented. These waveforms are compared with the calculated waveforms of the transient thermal model of the line-start synchronous machine. Based on the waveforms of the measured temperatures, the input parameters of the transient thermal model of the line-start synchronous machine have been identified. In the last part of the paper, the comparison of the average temperatures of the thermal model with the average temperatures of the finite element thermal models of the line-start synchronous machine created in Ansys Workbench software in a steady state is presented. The creation of parts of the automated parametric geometries is included. Subsequently, the transient finite element thermal model of the line-start synchronous machine is created in Ansys Workbench software. The average temperatures of this transient finite element thermal model are further compared with the average temperatures of the thermal model of the line-start synchronous machine.
