Diplomová práce se zabývá principem fungování a vlastnostmi kulového integrátoru, vytvoření modelů kulového integrátoru dle reálné předlohy umístěné ve světelné laboratoři fakulty a prováděním simulací na vytvořených modelech za účelem zjištění vlivu konstrukčních změn na uniformitu měření. V úvodu práce je uveden souhrn teorie fotometrických veličin, následuje kapitola věnovaná problematice kulových integrátorů, jejich teorii a provedení. Třetí kapitola se věnuje provedení modelů v programu ANSYS SPEOS a poslední kapitola vyhodnocuje dosažené výsledky a navrhuje možná vylepšení stávajícího přístroje. Master‘s thesis deals with the principle of function and properties of integrating spheres and creating models of integrating spheres according to a real model located in light laboratory of faculty. The thesis starts with a summary of theory of photometric quantities, folowed by a chapter focusing on integrating spheres, their theory and design, following chapter deals with the implementation of integrating sphere models in ANSYS SPEOS program and the thesis ends with a summary of outcomes generated by the simulations and presents possible improvements to the current integrating sphere.
