Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh nízkopodlažního bytového domu v Brně Řečkovicích. Projekt navazuje na ateliérovou práci vytvořenou v zimním semestru 2. ročníku bakalářského studia. Řešený pozemek se nachází v proluce na ulici Terezy Novákové. Proluka je rozdělena na dvě části. V přední části jsou již navrženy dvě veřejné budovy, dům se sálem a dům s knihovnou. Přes tuto část vede komunikace, která řešenou část pozemku spojuje s hlavní cestou Terezy Novákové. Celý areál je průjezdný, výjezd je na ulici Družstevní. V zadní části proluky bude umístěn navržený čtyřpodlažní bytový dům, který se skládá ze dvou budov umístěných do tvaru L. V budově se nachází byty o velikosti 1.kk a 2.kk. Bydlení je určeno přednostně pro seniory, vhodné může být však také pro mladé lidi. V severnější budově se kromě bytových jednotek nachází také vybavení pro obyvatele domu. V 1.NP jsou prostory kadeřnictví, kosmetiky, masérny, také zde najdeme ošetřovnu a kolárnu. V budově se dále nachází rehabilitační místnost a kaple. Do budovy budou zaměstnanci služeb docházet na základě domluvy jednou až dvakrát týdně. Na pozemku se mezi křídly budov nachází veřejná zahrada. Obě budovy jsou podsklepeny. V suterénu se nachází sklepní kóje a technické místnosti. Kromě sklepní kóje, má každý byt také balkón. Na řešeném pozemku jsou navrženy dvě parkoviště. Požadavky na návrh byly, aby na pozemku zůstalo, co nejvíce zeleně a také nenarušoval okolní zástavbu. Proto jsem budovu navrhla právě do tvaru L, aby na pozemku zůstalo dostatek místa pro zeleň. Budovy jsem nechala čisté, bílá fasáda je doplněna velkými hliníkovými okny se subtilním ocelovým zábradlím, a dřevem. Na navržených objektech se nachází zelené střechy. Hlavním záměrem bylo vytvoření příjemného prostředí pro budoucí obyvatele bytového domu. Thus the complex was designed into the shape of the letter “L”; the building is designed in a way that it could also attract younger residents. The northern building of the two buildings has also services for the residents of the building included in it. In the first floor there are spaces for the hairdressers; The goal of the bachelor’s thesis in to design a low-rise residential building in Brno Řečkovice. The project is a continuation of a Design Studio Work that was made in the winter semester of the second year of bachelors’ degree. The building site is placed at a blank space at the Terezy Novákové Street. The blank space is divided into two sectors. In the front sector there are two previously designed buildings house with a hall and a house with a library. There is a road that goes through this sector that joins our sector with the main road – Terezy Novákové Street. The whole site can be ridden through. The end of this road leads to Družstevní Street. There will be our four-storey residential complex placed in the back sector of the blank space. The designed complex is made of two separate building that are placed in the shape of the letter “L”. The building has two types of flats 1.kk and 2.kk. The living conditions are mostly meant for elderly people. However; this way it was assured that the green spaces will be maximized. The buildings themselves are clean white boxes. The facades are provided with big aluminium windows with slight stainless steel fencing and wood. The designed buildings have green roofs.
