Bakalárska práca vychádza z architektonickej štúdie vypracovanej v rámci predmetu Ateliér architektonickej tvorby [AG034]. Predmetom návrhu je novostavba komplexu bytového domu spolu s internátmi pre študentov na území areálu Lerchova, ktorý sa nachádza na svažitom pozemku na námestí Mieru vBrne. Návrh pozostáva z dvoch blokov, bloku A a bloku B. Blok A má päť nadzemných podlaží a je rozdelený na časť, kde sa nachádzajú internáty slúžiace pre krátkodobé ubytovanie a časť bytových jednotiek. V prízemí sa nachádzajú priestory na prenájom s možnosťou komerčného využitia. Blok B, slúžiaci len pre krátkodobé ubytovanie študentov v internátnych bunkách, má štyri nadzemné podlažia. V prízemí bloku B sa nachádzajú spoločné miestnosti pre študentov, ako napríklad knižnica a študovňa. Oba bloky sú prepojené prvým podzemným podlažím. Celkovo blok A poskytuje ubytovanie v 20 bytoch o výmere 2+kk, ateliéry/štúdiá 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk a ubytovanie pre 112 študentov. Blok B má k dispozícii ubytovanie pre 72 študentov. Z hmotového hľadiska má blok A tvar nepravidelného písmena U, ktorého dlhšia strana kopíruje ulicu Lerchovu, kratšia strana umožňuje rezidentom výhľad na Kraví horu a okolie Masarykovej štvrti. Z celkového objemu hmoty sú odobrané dve nárožia, od druhého nadzemného podlažia až do piateho, smerom ku Kraví hoře. Tieto odobraté hmoty slúžia ako balkóny. Blok B má tvar obdĺžnika. Z celkového objemu hmoty budovy sú odobrané dve časti, ktoré slúžia ako spoločné balkóny buniek. Oba bloky sú zastrešené vegetačnou strechou. Fasáda oboch blokov farebne rešpektuje farebnosť okolia námestia Mieru. Fasáda bloku A je doplnená hliníkovými lamelami s imitáciou dreva v module, ktorý sa nachádza v rozvrhnutí revitalizovaného námestia. Návrh pojednáva o stavbe komplexu dvoch budov, ako aj o nadväznosti na priľahlé okolie námestia Mieru. V rámci projektovej dokumentácie je riešený blok A.
The bachelor's thesis is based on an architectural study developed within the subject Architectural Design Studio [AG034]. The subject of the design is the new construction of an apartment building complex together with dormitories for students on the territory of the Lerchova compound, which is located on a sloping plot of land in the Freedom square in Brno. The design consists of two blocks, block A and block B. Block A has five floors above ground and is divided into a part where there are dormitories used for short-term accommodation and a part of housing units. On the ground floor there are spaces for rent with the possibility of commercial use. Block B, used only for short-term accommodation of students in dormitory cells, has four above-ground floors. On the ground floor of block B, there are common rooms for students, such as the library and study room. Both blocks are connected by the first underground floor. In total, block A provides accommodation in 20 flats with an area of 2+kk , studios 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+kk and accommodation for 112 students. Block B has accommodation for 72 students. From the point of view of materials, block A has the shape of an irregular letter U, the longer side of which copies Lerchova Street; the shorter side allows residents a view of Kraví hora and the surroundings of the Masaryk district. Two corners are taken from the total volume of matter, from the second above-ground floor to the fifth, towards Kraví hora. These removed masses serve as balconies. Block B has a rectangular shape. Two parts are taken from the total mass of the building, which serve as common balconies of the cells. Both blocks are covered with a green roof. The color of the facade of both blocks respects the colors of the surroundings of Freedom square. The facade of block A is complemented by aluminum slats with wood imitation in the module, which is located in the layout of the revitalized square. The proposal discusses the construction of a complex of two buildings, as well as the connection to the adjacent area of Freedom square. As part of the project documentation, block A is addressed.
