Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou výkresové dokumentace pro DSP a DPS novostavby autocentra pro automobilový koncern Volkswagen group. Práce vychází z podkladů ve formě zadání, dwg. výkresu katastrální situace a architektonické studie AG32. Řešené území se nachází v jihomoravském městě Mikulov. Pozemek se nachází mezi ulicemi Jiráskova a Republikánské obrany, a terén pozemku je převážně rovinatý. Aktuálně je pozemek součástí téměř nevyužívaného zemědělského střediska. Objekt je stavba dopravního charakteru. Urbanistické řešení tak maximálně uzpůsobuje areál pro bezkolizní provoz osob a automobilů. Autocentrum tvoří reprezentativní showroom a servis. Mají rozdílný charakter i provoz, což se projevilo v návrhu hmoty a použitých materiálů. Na druhou stranu objekt propojuje koncept barevného řešení, který navazuje na vizuální identitu automobilového koncernu Volkswagen group. I dispozičně je objekt rozdělený do dvou provázaných celků. Objekt showroomu se zázemím a objekt servisu se sklady. Jednotlivé části jsou mezi sebou propojeny pro plynulý a bezkolizní provoz celého autocentra. V showroomu 1NP slouží exhibici vybraných automobilů a pro komunikaci se zákazníky. Druhé nadzemní podlaží slouží výhradně pro administrativní pracovníky autocentra. Část showroomu a servisu jsou propojeny přes zázemí zaměstnanců, příjem a automatickou mycí linku. Mimo propojení příjmem a automatickou mycí linkou má servis další 3 samostatné vjezdy pro variabilní provoz a zároveň je přímo spojen se skladem náhradních dílů a pneumatik. Servis se potom dělí na několik požadovaných pracovišť.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of drawing documentation for the DSP and DPS of a new car centre for the Volkswagen group. The work is based on the documents in the form of a thesis assignment, dwg. drawing of the cadastral situation and architectural study AG32. The area is located in the South Moravian town of Mikulov. The land is located between Jiráskova and Republikánské obrany streets, and the terrain of the land is mostly flat. Currently, the land is part of a mostly unused agricultural centre. The building has a transportation character. Urban design makes the site as suitable as possible for collision-free traffic of people and cars. The car centre consists of a representative showroom and service. They have a different character and functioning, which is reflected in the design of the mass and the materials used. On the other hand, the building is united by the concept of color design, which is related to the visual identity of the Volkswagen group automotive group. The interior layout of the building is also divided into two interconnected units. A showroom building with facilities and a service building with warehouses. The individual parts are interconnected for smooth and collision-free running of the entire car centre. The 1NP showroom is used for displaying selected cars and for communication with customers. The second floor is used only for the administrative staff of the car centre. Part of the showroom and the service area are connected through the area of staff facilities, receiving workplace and automatic car wash. In addition to the connection through the receiving workplace and the automatic washing line, the service has another 3 individual entrances for variable access and is also directly connected to the warehouse for automotive spare parts and tyres. The service area is then divided into several required workplaces.
