Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem průmyslové budovy s administrativní částí pro Vysoké učení technické v Brně. Vychází z architektonické studie vypracované v rámci předmětu AG034 Ateliér architektonické tvorby 4. Budova je určena pro studenty a absolventy univerzity, kteří mají inovativní nápad a potřebují prostředky a prostory k jeho realizaci. Bylo nutné vytvořit multifunkční prostory, jelikož prostory můžou využívat studenti různých oborů a zaměření. Pozemek se nachází v areálu VUT mezi Fakultou elektrotechnickou a Kolejemi pod Palackého vrchem. Budova se nachází na severozápadním rohu pozemku na části, která je nejvíce rovná, nebo alespoň dle možností, které velmi strmý pozemek nabízí. Hlavní vstup do objektu se nachází na severu z ulice Technická. Na západní straně objektu je situován vjezd pro zásobování hal. Objekt je třípodlažní s plochou zelenou střechou a zaujímá tvar U. Tímto tvarem je rozdělen na 3 části, haly, administrativu a další haly. Administrativa je spojující částí obou seskupení hal. Objekt je tvořen sloupovým nosným systémem z železobetonových sloupů a trámů. Jako výplňové zdivo jsou použity keramické tvárnice Porotherm s omítkou a někde jsou opatřeny provětrávanou vzduchovou mezerou s betonovými fasádními panely. Podsklepená část je navíc opatřena železobetonovou stěnou držící terén. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an industrial building with an administrative part for the Brno University of Technology. It is based on the architectural study developed within the course AG034 Architectural Design Studio 4. The building is intended for students and graduates of the university who have an innovative idea and need resources and space to implement it. It was necessary to create a multifunctional interior as the space can be used by students of different disciplines and majors. The land is located on the BUT campus between the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Dormitory under Palacký Hill. The building is located on the northwest corner of the site on the part that is the most level, or at least according to the possibilities that the very steep land offers. The main entrance to the building is located on the north from Technická Street. On the west side of the building is situated the entrance for supply halls. The building is three-storey with a flat green roof and occupies a U-shape. The administration building is the connecting part of the two groups of halls. The building consists of a column bearing system of reinforced concrete columns and beams. Porotherm ceramic blocks with plaster are used as infill masonry and in some places, they are provided with ventilated air gap with concrete facade panels. The basement is additionally provided with a reinforced concrete wall holding the terrain.
