Bakalářská práce zabývající se dokumentací pro DSP A DPS novostavby výrobní haly GMONT CABLE. Práce vychází z dříve vypracované studie v předmětu AG035 Ateliér výrobních staveb. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází v Brně v městské části Slatina na adrese Tuřanka 115. Parcela je aktuálně vedena jako brownfield a je určena rozvoji v oblasti průmyslu. Parcela se nachází na relativně rovinatém terénu, na jihovýchodní straně dochází ke změně výškové úrovně postupně o 3 metry. Na severovýchodní hranici pozemku se nachází terénní zlom s převýšením také 3 metry. Nadmořská výška pozemku se pohybuje kolem 234,7 m.n.m.B.p.v. Pro navrhovanou stavbu byla využita pouze severozápadní část pozemku, zbylá část pozemku je určena pro další možný rozvoj. Objekt se skládá z dvoupodlažní administrativní budovy, dvou výrobních hal a skladového prostoru. Celý objekt je nepodsklepený. Celý objekt je navržený jako skelet, administrativní část je železobetonová a výrobní haly a sklad ocelový. Výrobní haly jsou osvětleny střešními šedovými světlýky. Administrativní část je založena na železobetonových patkách. Administrativní část má přibližný tvar písmene L a nachází se v přední části pozemku. Stropy administrativní části jsou vykonzolovány před fasádu. Velká okna umístěna na fasádě jsou stíněna dřevěnými lamelami. Fasáda je omítnuta bílou barvou. Výrobní haly a sklad jsou obloženy bílými fasádními deskami a spoje těchto desek jsou překryty dřevěnými prvky. Bachelor's thesis dealing with new building of factory the GMONT CABLE. Earlier study in the subject AG33 gave form to the following bachelor´s thesis which further develops the study into level of Building permission design and Documentation for execution of the project. The proposed building is located in Brno in the Slatina district at Tuřanka 115. The plot is located on relatively flat terrain, on the south-eastern side there is a gradual change in elevation by 3 meters. There is a terrain break on the northeastern boundary of the site with an elevation change of 3 metres as well. The elevation of the site is around 234.7 m above sea level. Only the northwestern part of the site has been used for the proposed development, the remaining part of the site is earmarked for further potential development. The property consists of a two-storey office building, two production halls and a warehouse area. The whole building is unbasement. The entire building is designed as a skeleton, the administrative part is reinforced concrete, and the production halls and warehouse are steel. The administrative part is based on reinforced concrete footings. The administrative section is approximately L-shaped and is located at the front of the property. The ceilings of the administrative section are executed in front of the facade. The large windows located on the façade are screened by wooden slats. The façade is plastered with white paint. The production halls and the warehouse are clad with white façade panels and the joints of these panels are covered with wooden elements.
