Bakalářská práce vychází z předmětu AG035, ve kterém byla vypracována studie na téma Centrum transferu technologií VUT. V této práci je zmíněná studie rozšířena o dokumentaci DSP A DPS. Navržená novostavba se nachází v Brně v Králově Poli při ulici Technická a Kolejní a je umístěna v rámci kampusu VUT Pod Palackého vrchem. Řešené území obklopuje ze severozápadní strany zahrádkářská osada a další přilehlou zástavbu tvoří stavby již zmíněného kampusu. Zadáním práce bylo vytvořit centrum, ve kterém se budou nacházet flexibilní pronajímatelné výrobní buňky a laboratoře. Doporučen je princip „shell and core“, tj. vybavení základním servisním jádrem, přičemž další vybavení by mělo být snadno doplnitelné dle potřeb konkrétního uživatele. Bude se jednat o testovací a ověřovací centrum, které by bylo financováno z prostředků EU. V objektu se nachází také část administrativy. Budova svou hmotou připomíná písmeno U, díky tomu je vytvořen dvůr pro zásobování jednotlivých buněk. Nosný systém je železobetonový skelet a objekt je zastřešen plochou vegetační střechou nad administrativou a plochou střechou se solárními panely nad výrobními buňkami. Navržená budova působí celistvě, ale zároveň je stále pomyslně rozdělena na jednotlivé funkční celky. The bachelor´s thesis is based on the subject AG035, in which a study on the topic of the VUT TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CENTER was carried out. In this thesis, the already mentioned study is expanded to include documentation of DSP and DPS. The proposed new construction is located in Brno in the Královo Pole district adjacent to Technická and Kolejní streets and is situated within the Pod Paláckého Vrchem campus of BUT. Concerned area is surrounded by a garden settlement on the north-west side, and other surrounding housing development consists of the structures of the aforementioned campus. The assignment was to create a center in which flexible rentable production cells and laboratories would be located. The “shell and core” principle is recommended, i.e. equipping structures with a basic service core, while additional equipment should be easily replenishable according to the needs of the particular user. It will be a testing and verification center that would be funded by the EU resources. Administration part is also on the premises. With its mass, the building resembles the letter U, which creates a yard for supplying individual cells. The supporting system is a ferroconcrete skeletal system and the building is covered with a flat vegetated roof over the administration and a flat roof with installed solar panels over the production cells. The proposed buildings seem fully integral, but at the same time it is still notionally divided into individual functional units.
