[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie u dětí s obezitou. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o obezitě, vlivu na lidské zdraví, její diagnostice i etiopatogenezi, prevenci, léčbě. Pojednává o obezitě v kontextu epidemie 21. století, jak je dnes, vzhledem k prevalenci ve světě, nazývána. Řeší také finanční náklady, které jsou pro léčbu nezbytné, otevírá téma stigmatizace a normalizace obezity nebo řeší spojitost covidu-19 s dětskou obezitou. Seznámíme se v ní s tím, jak lze k dětské obezitě přistupovat ve fyzioterapii. Dozvíme se informace o motivaci dětí, věkových zákonitostech, kinezioterapii obézních dětí i možnostech vhodných pohybových aktivit pro obézní dítě. Praktickou část představuje výzkum, ve kterém jsem pravidelně cvičila se skupinou obézních dětí ve věku 6 - 11 let, ukládala jim také domácí pohybové úkoly, a výsledky pak byly kvalitativně zpracovány na základě kineziologických rozborů a dotazníků vstupních a výstupních. Cílem bylo optimalizovat pohybový aparát dětí, zlepšit vztah dětí k pohybu a obeznámit rodiče i děti o dětské obezitě a jejích dopadech na zdraví v dospělosti. Práce tedy popisuje význam motivace dětí k pohybu, možnosti fyzioterapeutických intervencí a uvádí výčet vhodných pohybových aktivit pro obézního jedince. V rámci edukace je součástí bakalářské práce příručka pro děti a jejich rodiče o dětské obezitě, jejích rizicích a možnostech jejího řešení, včetně cvičební jednotky s popisem jednotlivých cviků. Práce může být přínosná pro kohokoliv, koho tématika dětské obezity zajímá, a dále například pro fyzioterapeuty jako inspirace při práci s obézními dětmi. This bachelor thesis focuses on the physiotherapy of obese children. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes information about obesity, its influence on health, its diagnosis as well as etiopathogenesis, and its prevention and treatment. This part deals with obesity within the epidemic context of the 21st century, as it is predominantly called in the world. Moreover, the theoretical part discusses the financial costs that are necessary for treatment, it also opens the topic of stigmatization and normalization of obesity or shows the relation of childhood obesity with Covid-19. The theory presents us with a way to approach physiotherapy. Furthermore, we will learn about the motivation of the children, the natural age relations, kinesiotherapy for obese children, and about possible physical activities suitable for obese children. Part of the practical part is research in which I was regularly exercising with a group of obese children aged 6-11 and giving them physical homework. Then, these results were qualitatively gathered and processed based on kinesiological analyses and both entry and concluding questionnaires. This thesis aimed to optimize the children's locomotor apparatus, improve children's relationship with movement, and inform both parents and children about childhood obesity and its impact on health in adulthood. This thesis describes the importance of motivating children to do physical activities, the possibilities of physiotherapeutic interventions, and lists of suitable exercises for an obese individual. For the educative part, this bachelor thesis includes a handbook for children and their parents about childhood obesity, its risks, and possible solutions as well as an exercise unit with the description of individual exercises. This thesis can be beneficial for anyone interested in the topic of childhood obesity as well as physiotherapists, for example, serving as an inspiration for working with obese children.
