Diabetes mellitus je v dnešní době často skloňované civilizační onemocnění. Rozhodnul jsem si tedy vypracovat tuto bakalářskou práci, která se zaměřuje na akutní diabetické stavy v urgentní medicíně a přednemocniční péči zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Cílem práce je poskytnout přehled o standardizované terapii v přednemocniční péči a nejčastějších příčinách akutních diabetických komplikacích, které mohou vést k hospitalizaci a dokonce ohrožení života pacientů s diabetem. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo za pomocí sběru dat od zdravotnických záchranářů ze Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Získané poznatky z této práce ukazují, že většina akutních diabetických stavů způsobila chyba pacientů, ať v nepřiměřeném navýšení fyzické námahy nebo aplikaci exogenního inzulínu mimo režim. Pro úspěšnou léčbu akutních diabetických stavů je klíčová správná a rychlá diagnostika, která vychází z dobře odebrané anamnézy a využití dostupné techniky. Cílené terapeutické postupy pomáhají k zvládnutí těchto stavů bez vážnějších dopadů na zdravotní stav pacientů. Vědecký přínos práce spočívá v jejím komplexním a aktuálním přístupu k tématu, který umožňuje lépe porozumět problematice akutních diabetických stavů a poskytuje ucelený pohled na současnou diagnostiku a terapii v přednemocniční péči. Tato práce může být užitečná pro lékaře a sestry pracující v urgentní medicíně nebo zdravotnické záchranáře, kteří se setkávají s těmito stavy v praxi. Závěrem lze říct, že tato bakalářská práce slouží především ke zlepšení péče o pacienty s akutními diabetickými stavy. Diabetes mellitus is a frequently discussed lifestyle disease in today's society. Therefore, I decided to create this bachelor's thesis, which focuses on acute diabetic states in emergency medicine and pre-hospital care by the emergency medical service. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of standardized therapy in pre-hospital care and the most common causes of acute diabetic complications that can lead to hospitalization and even life-threatening situations for patients with diabetes. This goal was achieved by collecting data from emergency medical responders from the Emergency Medical Service. The knowledge gained from this work shows that the majority of acute diabetic states were caused by patient errors, whether in inappropriate increases in physical exertion or application of exogenous insulin outside of the prescribed regimen. For successful treatment of acute diabetic states, proper and quick diagnosis is crucial, based on a well-taken medical history and the use of available techniques. Targeted therapeutic procedures help manage these conditions without serious health consequences for patients. The scientific contribution of this work lies in its comprehensive and up-to-date approach to the topic, which enables a better understanding of the issue of acute diabetic states and provides a comprehensive view of current diagnosis and therapy in pre-hospital care. This work may be useful for physicians and nurses working in emergency medicine or emergency medical responders who encounter these conditions in practice. In conclusion, this bachelor's thesis serves primarily to improve the care of patients with acute diabetic states.
