Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Uplatnění Romů na trhu práce v regionu Týn nad Vltavou z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Cílem této práce byla analýza problematiky zaměstnávání Romů z pohledu zaměstnavatelů v regionu Týn nad Vltavou. V práci jsem si stanovil dvě výzkumné otázky. Jaký mají zaměstnavatelé názor na zaměstnávání Romů a jaké mají zaměstnavatelé zkušenosti se zaměstnáváním Romů. Ve výzkumné části byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum probíhal v regionu Týn nad Vltavou, kde rozhovory proběhly se 7 informanty. Rozhovory byly doslova přepsány a poté zakódovány. Po zakódování byla použita tematická metoda a vybráno 5 hlavních témat. Z výsledků výzkumu vyšlo, že zaměstnavatelé v regionu Týn nad Vltavou ve většině mají zkušenosti s Romskou menšinou v pracovním poměru. Dále bylo zjištěno, že zaměstnavatelé si myslí, že Romové na trhu práce mají stejné možnosti. V dalším tématu vyšlo najevo, že si informanti myslí, že Romové mají stejné možnosti uplatnění jako ostatní. Z problematiky předsudků, které způsobují nezaměstnanost u Romů si zaměstnavatelé myslí, že je toto tvrzení pravda. Posledním probíraným tématem vyšlo najevo, že zaměstnavatelé jsou toho názoru, že zapojení romské menšiny do kolektivu v práci by bylo bezproblémové. Přínos této práce může posloužit jako lepší vhled do této problematiky, pomůcka pro rozšíření této problematiky a jako podklad pro Úřad práce v Týně nad Vltavou. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of placement of members of the Roma minority in the labor market in the Týn nad Vltavou region from the perspective of employers. The aim of this work is to analyze the issue of employment Roma from the perspective of employers in the region of Týn nad Vltavou. At work I set two research questions. My research questions are: "What is the employer's opinion on the employment of Roma" and "What is the employer's experience with employment of the Roma". A qualitative research strategy and technique of a semi - structured interview were used in the research part. The research took place in the Týn nad Vltavou region, where the interviews took place with 7 respondents. The interviews were rewritten and then encoded. Research results show that from the perspective of the employers in the Týn nad Vltavou region, most of them have experience with a Roma minority in employment. Furthermore, it was found that employers think that Roma on the labor market have the same possibilities at work as others. In the next topic it became clear that the informants think that the Roma have the same possibilities as the others in all terms. Out of prejudice that causes unemployment to Roma, employers think this claim is true. The last topic discussed resulted in the conclusion that employers are of the opinion that the involvement of a Roma minority in a team at work would be trouble - free. The benefit of this work is that it can serve as a better insight into this issue. It can be used as aid for the Labor Office in Týn nad Vltavou regarding this topic.
