Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech využití metod fyzioterapie v průběhu těhotentsví k úlevě od bolestí pohybového aparátu, především pak bederní páteře, přičemž jsou sledovány funkční a strukturální parametry pánve. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je cílem podat přehled a sepsat informace základního charakteru nejprve o anatomických strukturách, které se nejvíce pojí s touto problematikou. V začátku je popsána anatomie a kineziologie páteře, na kterou navazují možnosti vyšetření. Podobně členěná je i kapitola o pánvi, která se podrobněji zabývá funkčními a strukturálními parametry pánve. Dále teoretická část popisuje základní informace o průběhu těhotenství. Širokou součástí je pak popis změn na jednotlivých systémech během gravidity, jako například na respiračním, kardiovaskulárním, gastrointestinálním, uretropoetickém a reprodukčním systému. Jako nedílnou součást tam nalezneme i pojednávání o změnách na páteři a pánvi. Na závěr jsou shrnuty vhodné či nevhodné pohybové aktivity a fyzioterapeutické metody, jež je možno provádět během těhotenství. Cílem praktické části je pozorovat a posoudit vliv fyzioterapeutické intervence při bolestech zad v bederní oblasti v průběhu těhotenství. Součástí výzkumného souboru byly tři probandky ve druhém trimestru těhotenství, jež trápila bolest dolní části zad. S každou probandkou jsem zrealizovala 6 terapií jednou za 1-2 týdny. Na začátku jsem provedla vstupní kineziologický rozbor s odebráním anamnézy. Každé probandce jsem postupně představila sérii cviků pro ovlivnění pohybového aparátu. Při každé terapii jsme pak společně shrnuly další změny od předešlého setkání. Na konci terapií proběhlo shrnutí výsledků a provedení výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Práce může sloužit fyzioterapeutům v praxi jako inspirace terapeutických postupů a informačně edukační materiál. This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of using physiotherapy methods during pregnancy to relieve musculoskeletal pain, especially in the lumbar spine, while monitoring the functional and structural parameters of the pelvis. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the aim is to give an overview and to write down information of a basic nature, first of all about the anatomical structures that are most closely related to this issue. The anatomy and kinesiology of the spine is described at the beginning, followed by the examination possibilities. The chapter on the pelvis is similarly structured, with more detailed functional and structural parameters of the pelvis. Furthermore, the theoretical section describes basic information on the course of pregnancy. A wide section then describes the changes on different systems during pregnancy, such as the respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, urethropoietic and reproductive systems. As an integral part, there is also a description of changes in the spine and pelvis. Finally, appropriate or inappropriate physical activities and physiotherapy methods that can be performed during pregnancy are summarized. The aim of the practical part is to observe and evaluate the effect of physiotherapy intervention for low back pain during pregnancy. The research population included three probands in the second trimester of pregnancy who were suffering from low back pain. I implemented 6 therapy sessions with each proband once every 1-2 weeks. At the beginning, I did an initial kinesiological analysis with anamnesis taking. I presented each proband a series of exercises to influence the musculoskeletal system. At each session, we summarized the other changes since the previous session. At the end of the therapy sessions, we reviewed the results and performed an outcome kinesiological analysis. The work can be used by physiotherapists in practice as inspiration for therapeutic procedures and informative educational material.
