Práce se zabývá muzikoterapií a její historií. Dále seznamuje s cíli, metodami a různými druhy muzikoterapie. Popisuje průběh muzikoterapeutického procesu. V další části se věnuje popisu specifik seniorského věku a osob s mentálním postižením. V teoretickém popisu praktických činností jsou navržena muzikoterapeutická setkání pro seniory a osoby s mentálním postižením. The thesis deals with music therapy and its history. Furthermore, it introduces the objectives, methods and various types of music therapy. It describes the course od music therapy process. In the next part, it deals with description of the practical activities the music therapy sessions for elderly and for people with mental disabilities are proposed.
