Předmětem práce je návrh nové urbanistické struktury a nízkopodlažního bydlení. Navrhované území se nachází v městské části Brno-Líšeň. V práci se věnuji analýze území, návrhu urbanistické studie pro zadané území a architektonickému návrhu bytového domu. The subject of this work is the design of a new urban structure and low-rise housing. The proposed area is located in the city district Brno-Líšeň. The work consists of the analysis of the area, the study of new residential area, and the architectural design of an apartment building.
