Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor úrovně využívání moderních manažerských metod pří řízení ve vybrané společnosti, a to v oblasti vedení lidí. Cílem je charakterizovat úroveň jejich využívání a posoudit jejich efektivnost. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou zpracovány poznatky získané z prostudované doporučené odborné literatury k danému tématu. Analytická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část je věnována charakteristice společnosti, jejímu vývoji a současnému postavení na trhu. V druhé části je analyzována úroveň a styl vedení lidí, který uplatňují řídící pracovníci. Další šetření je zaměřeno na zhodnocení způsobu motivace zaměstnanců a úrovně fungování interní komunikace, která má zásadní vliv na fungování celé společnosti, je základem řízení a ovlivňuje prosperitu společnosti. Analytická část je zakončena vyhodnocením výsledků šetření a návrhem optimálních řešení a doporučení v oblasti využívání moderních manažerských technik při řízení lidí. This thesis focuses on analysis of the level of utilising modern managerial methods to lead a specific group of people, particularly in the area of people management. The aim is to analyse the level and usage and review their effectiveness. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on knowledge acquired from the recommended literature describing this topic. Analytical part consists of two main points. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of the company, progress and development of its position on the market today. The second part of the thesis analyses the level and style of people{\crq}s management skills used by the superiors within certain organizations. Methods of motivating the employees and the level of internal communication, which influences the whole company fundamentally are also looked into; it is crucial for the people who are part of the management and leadership group of the company and therefore influences its prosperity.
