Předmětem této diplomové práce je navržení a příprava procesu zavádění konceptu Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané české společnosti EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel, a.s., jež se zabývá správou hotelové sítě. Implementační rámec pro vyhotovení konceptu BSC se bude odvíjet od metodiky vypracované dle Horváth & Partners, kteří proces implementace formulují do pěti vzájemně navazujících částí, zaměřujících se na vytvoření organizačního rámce, vyjasnění strategie, tvorbu BSC, postup při procesu rozšíření, a nakonec zajištění kontinuálního nasazení BSC. Součástí strategického řízení je i analýza podnikového prostředí, která mapuje silné a slabé stránky společnosti, zákaznické skupiny a konkurenci působící na společnost, a také seznamuje s podmínkami cestovního ruchu, kterým společnost musela čelit po období 2019-2021. Konečným výsledkem je formulace návrhů a doporučení, které by společnost měla uskutečnit, aby mohla čerpat z výhod implementace konceptu BSC. Koncept Balanced Scorecard může společnosti naskytnout východisko v podobě zvýšení výkonnosti. Po předchozích dvou letech, které se nesly ve ztrátě, může vypracovaný návrh implementace Balanced Scorecard přinést žádoucí zvyšování hospodářského výsledku, od kterého se následně odvíjí alokace prostředků do dalších stěžejních oblastí přímo souvisejících s podnikáním v podmínkách cestovního ruchu, dále může vést k zajištění přísunu zákazníků, a především k zabezpečení spokojenosti stávajících zaměstnanců. The subject of this Master thesis is the design and preparation of the implementation process of the Balanced Scorecard concept in the selected Czech company EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel, a.s., which deals with hotel management. The implementation framework for the creation of the BSC concept will be based on the methodology developed according to Horváth & Partners, who formulate the implementation process into five interrelated parts, focusing on the creation of an organizational framework, clarifying the strategy, creating the BSC, proceeding with the expansion process, and finally ensuring continuous deployment BSC. Strategic management also includes an analysis of the business environment, which maps the strengths and weaknesses of the company, customer groups and competition acting on the company, and also introduces the tourism conditions that the company had to face after the period 2019-2021. The final result is the formulation of suggestions and recommendations that the company should implement in order to benefit from the implementation of the BSC concept. The Balanced Scorecard can provide a company with a way out in the form of increased performance. After the previous two years, which were at a loss, the developed proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard can bring about a desirable increase in the economic result, which subsequently leads to the allocation of funds to other key areas directly related to business in the tourism industry and can also lead to ensuring of customers, and above all to ensure the satisfaction of employees.
