Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit, zda učitelé mateřských škol volí směrem k dětem respektující přístup, který je zaměřen na potřeby dětí, jejich individuální možnosti a zájmy. V teoretické části je popsána komunikace obecně a definována komunikace respektující neboli efektivní a její formy, ale také je zde popsána komunikace neefektivní. Dále je text práce zaměřen na vztah dítěte a dospělého, na individualizaci vzdělávání, u které je poukázáno na důležitost vývojových zvláštností dětí předškolního věku. Zmíněny jsou i individuální potřeby dětí a inkluzivní vzdělávání. Pro účel dosažení stanoveného cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, metoda krátkodobého záměrného pozorování, pro které byla zvolena tři kritéria. Prvním kritériem byl vztah dítěte a učitele. Druhé kritérium se týkalo užívání forem efektivní a neefektivní komunikace a třetí kritérium se zabývalo potřebami dětí. Výzkumným souborem byli učitelé mateřských škol z pěti zařízení v rámci Jihomoravského a Jihočeského kraje. Pozorování bylo doplněno o krátký polostrukturovaný rozhovor s učiteli mateřských škol. Cílem rozhovoru bylo zjistit informovanost učitelů v oblasti individualizace vzdělávání. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to verify whether kindergarten teachers choose a respectful approach towards children, which is focused on children's needs, their individual possibilities and interests. The theoretical part describes communication in general and defines respectful or effective communication and its forms, but ineffective communication is also described here. Furthermore, the text of the thesis is focused on the relationship between a child and an adult, on the individualization of education, where the importance of developmental peculiarities of preschool children is pointed out. The individual needs of children and inclusive education are also mentioned. For the purpose of achieving the set goal, qualitative research, a method of short-term intentional observation, was chosen, for which three criteria were chosen. The first criterion was the relationship between the child and the teacher. The second criterion related to the use of effective and ineffective forms of communication, and the third criterion dealt with the needs of children. The research group was kindergarten teachers from five institutions within the South Moravian and South Bohemian Regions. The observation was supplemented by a short semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers. The aim of the interview was to find out the teachers' awareness of the individualization of education.
