Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat aktuální dopady Průmyslu 4.0 do oblasti lidských zdrojů v podnicích a navrhnout možná zlepšení aktuální situace. Pro splnění cíle byly osloveny podniky zpracovatelského průmyslu České republiky. Podrobná analýza společností byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Základní údaje o oslovených respondentech byly zpracovány do grafů v programu Microsoft Excel. K vyhodnocení dat v počítačovém programu Statistica byla použita statistická metoda Studentův t-test a korelační analýza. Obecně lze konstatovat, že zahraniční firmy znají více myšlenku konceptu Průmysl 4.0. Dále lze říci, že Průmysl 4.0 není ohrožujícím faktorem pro stávající pracovní pozice. Do požadovaných znalostí lze zařadit znalosti v digitální gramotnosti, programování či robotice. S ohledem na výsledky zpracování dat byla navržena tři konkrétní řešení, jež mohou být uvedena do praxe. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyse the state of human resource management in relation to Industry 4.0 used in the manufacturing industry in the Czech Republic. Another goal was to suggest possible improvements to the current situation. The detailed analysis of companies was carried out using a questionnaire survey. The basic facts about contacted respondents were processed into the graphs in the Microsoft Excel programme. The statistical method Student´s t-test and correlation analysis were used to evaluate the data in the Statistica computer programme. In general it can be stated that foreign companies are more familiar with the idea of the concept of Industry 4.0. Furthermore, it can be said that Industry 4.0 is not a threatening factor for existing jobs. Knowledge in digital loteracy, programming or robotics can be inclued in the required knowledge. Considering the results of the data processing three specific solutions that could be put into practice were suggested.
