Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou space managementu v maloobchodním řetězci Albert Tábor. Space management je nástroj pro optimalizaci pohybu zboží a vytvoření příznivé nákupní atmosféry pro zákazníky v prodejně. Toto téma úzce souvisí s category managementem, merchandisingem a layouty. Cílem práce je sestavení návrhu prostorového uspořádání prostřednictvím grafického vyjádření, na základě zjištěných informací z dotazníkového šetření. Otázky jsou primárně zaměřeny na spokojenost zákazníků v prodejně a jejich připomínky k využití prostoru v jednotce. Dle výsledků jsou navrženy změny, které by mohly obchodníkům pomoci podniknout potřebné kroky k efektivnějšímu nakládání s prostorem v prodejně a uspokojování potřeb svých zákazníků. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of space management in the Albert supermarket. Space management is a tool for optimizing the movement of goods and creating a better shopping atmosphere for customers in the store. This topic is closely related to category management, merchandising, store layouts. The aim of the work is to compile a design of the spatial arrangement through graphic expression, based on the information found from the questionnaire survey. The questions are primarily focused on customers' satisfaction in the store and their comments on the use of space in the unit. There are proposed changes according to the results, which could help the retailers to make any necessary steps to deal more efficiently with space in the store and meet the needs of its customers.
