Cílem závěrečné bakalářské práce je vytvoření domova pro seniory v blízkosti centra města Brna, na třídě Kapitána Jaroše. Tento projekt se zaměřuje na vytvoření komunitního prostoru, jenž umožní seniorům žít aktivní a nezávislý život v blízkosti centra a veškeré dostupné vybavenosti. Také jim umožní účast na kulturních a společenských akcích v okolí, které budou doslova na dosah ruky. Architektura projektu se soustředí na vytvoření přátelského a bezbariérového prostředí, které umožňuje snadnou orientaci a pohyb seniorů. Dům má společné prostory jako je komunitní kuchyňka, knihovna, společná jídelna, televizní koutek či herna, tyto prostory podporují komunikaci a společné aktivity mezi obyvateli. Nedílnou součástí projektu jsou také pobytové terasy napříč celým objektem, vzniklé při ubírání hmoty, jenž řeší komplikovanou situaci parcely orientované na sever. Dále je celý dům propojený s velkou dřevěnou rampou skrze celý vnitroblok, po které mohou obyvatelé domova bezpečně projít do města či parku nebo se jen tak příjemně procházet a potkávat se s různými lidmi z okolí. Koncept rampy je tedy jakousi zahradou pro seniory a zároveň na tomto místě řeší chaotickou provozní situaci. Celkově je architektonický projekt navržen tak, aby umožnil seniorům žít v komfortním a přátelském prostředí a současně zažívat nová dobrodružství v městském prostředí. To by mělo vést k lepšímu pocitu sounáležitosti a životnímu potěšení a zároveň přispívat k rozvoji města i samotného vnitrobloku. The aim of the final bachelor thesis is to create a home for the elderly near the centre of Brno, on Kapitán Jaroš Avenue. This project focuses on the creation of a community space that will enable seniors to live an active and independent life close to the city centre and all available amenities. It will also allow them to participate in cultural and social events in the area, which will be literally at their fingertips.The architecture of the project focuses on creating a friendly and barrier-free environment that allows easy orientation and movement of seniors. The house has common spaces such as a community kitchen, library, communal dining room, TV corner and games room, these spaces encourage communication and shared activities between the residents.An integral part of the project are the residence terraces across the whole building, created when the mass was removed to solve the complicated situation of the north-facing plot. Furthermore, the entire house is connected to a large wooden ramp through the entire courtyard, which allows the residents of the home to walk safely into town or the park, or just take a pleasant stroll and meet various people from the neighbourhood. The concept of the ramp is therefore a kind of garden for the elderly, while at the same time solving the chaotic traffic situation at this location.Overall, the architectural project is designed to allow the seniors to live in a comfortable and friendly environment while experiencing new adventures in the urban environment. This should lead to a better sense of belonging and enjoyment of life, while contributing to the development of the city and the inner city itself.
