Projekt se zaměřuje na oživení a nové využití vnitrobloku v historickém centru města Brna. Pracuje s liniovým propojením dvou pěších tras ulic Lidická a Kapitána Jaroše. Navazuje a reaguje na Městské divadlo Brno, které zaujímá významnou funkci ve fungování lokality. Návrh sleduje linii „zkratky“ městem, injektuje zeleň do centra města, otevírá možnosti bydlení pro mladé rodiny a nabízí útočiště pro tvůrčí duše, aktivní jedince i skupiny, ale také všechny ostatní obyvatele úzkého okolí. Základním kamenem konceptu i měřítkem projektu je linka, která plyne lokalitou a propojuje jak jednotlivé části projektu, tak i obyvatele v něm. Kolem této linky se to celé odehrává. Projekt komunikuje s vnitřním světem vnitrobloku, do kterého se snaží zapadnout, ale také se určitým způsobem vymezit. The project focuses on the revitalisation and new use of a courtyard in the historic centre of Brno. It works with the linear connection of two pedestrian routes of Lidická and Kapitána Jaroše streets. It follows and responds to the Brno Municipal Theatre, which occupies an important function in the functioning of the site. The design follows the line of the "shortcut" through the city, injecting greenery into the city centre, opening up housing opportunities for young families and offering a haven for creative souls, active individuals and groups, as well as all other residents of the close vicinity. The cornerstone of the concept and the scale of the project is the line that runs through the site, connecting both the different parts of the project and the residents within it. It is around this line that it all takes place. The project communicates with the inner world of the courtyard, into which it tries to fit, but also to define itself in a certain way.
