Něco starého, něco nového, něco půjčeného a něco modrého. V místě se snoubí staré sklepy, nová nástavba, modrá řeka nesoucí s sebou kus přírody a půjčený genius loci, který nevidíme, ale cítíme uvnitř sebe. Tam se obnovuje svazek lidí s místem a vzniká nové ohnisko kultury Litovle. Odkaz na minulost, bytí v přítomnosti a pohled do budoucnosti jsou základem pro adaptaci bývalého pivovaru. V podzemí se soustředí vrstvy historie - muzeum Litovelského Pomoraví a pivovarnictví - a vrstvy současnosti - galerie a kavárna. Nástavba je centrem poznávání, rozvoje a práce. A věž táhnoucí se k nebi nám otevírá oči daleko do krajiny. Vedle sebe zde vznikají místa oddychu, rozjímání a tvorby. Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. The place combines old basements, a new extension, a blue river carrying a piece of nature and a borrowed genius loci that we do not see but feel inside us. There, the relationship of people with the place is renewed and a new cultural center of Litovel is formed. Reference to the past, being in the present and the view of the future are the basis for the adaptation of the former brewery. The underground is concentrated by layers of history - the Museum of Litovelské Pomoraví and Brewing - and the layers of the present - gallery and cafe. The extension is the center of cognition, development and work. And the tower stretching into the sky opens our eyes far into the landscape. There are places of relaxation, meditation and creation side by side.
