Za hradbou se dějí divy. Obyvatelé města i lidé z širokého okolí jsou zvídaví, a tak vyráží se podívat, co se tam ve skutečnosti odehrává. Doslova se ocitají v novém světě. Kultura zde vzkvétá, řemesla znovu ožívají, příběhy knih jsou vyprávěny a lidé dychtivý po znalostech učeni. Avšak velkou novinou se stala, že městské pivo uhasí žízeň téměř každému kolemjdoucímu. Navíc oním místem prochází pozoruhodná cesta podél vody a stromů. Ať už člověk tudy putuje po svých nebo na kole, spatří širé nádvoří s domy, jenž přináší nového ducha Litovli. Lokalita se nachází na severním okraji historického jádra Litovle mezi pozůstatky středověké hradby a vodním tokem Dušní Moravy. Komplex budov s nádvořím se rozevírá směrem k vodě do ulice B. Němcové a uzavírá zády k centru města. Jednotlivé objekty jsou postaveny v různých časovým období, avšak nejhodnější částí představují zachovalé historické sklepy bývalého městského pivovaru. Město v současné době nemá pro areál přímé využití, proto přicházíme s návrhy pro zachování a inovaci zanedbaných budov a celého okolního území. Východiskem nového programu adaptace je především historický odkaz místního piva Litovel a zdejší společensko-kulturní situace. Cílem práce je přeměna současného stavu na moderní centra kultury, umění a vzdělání. Posílení společenského života novými atraktivní příležitostmi obyvatel a návštěvníků Litovle. Wonders happen behind the wall. The townspeople and people from the surrounding area are curious, so they head out to see what‘s really going on there. They literally find themselves in a new world. Culture flourishes, crafts are revived, stories of books are told and people eager for knowledge are taught. But the big news is that the city‘s beer quenches the thirst of almost every passerby. In addition, a remarkable path passes through the place along the water and trees. Whether one travels there on foot or by bicycle, one sees a wide courtyard with houses that brings a new spirit to Litovel. The site is located on the northern edge of the historic core of Litovel between the remains of the medieval wall and the watercourse of the Dušní Morava. The complex of buildings with a courtyard extends towards the water into B Street. Němcová and closes with its back to the town centre. The individual buildings were built in different time periods, but the most worthy part is the preserved historical cellars of the former municipal brewery. The city currently has no direct use for the area, so we are coming up with ideas and plans for preserving and upgrading the neglected buildings and the entire surrounding area. The starting point for the adaptation proposal is primarily the historical legacy of the local Litovel beer and the local socio-cultural situation. The aim of the work is the transformation of the current situation into a modern centre of culture, art and education. Strengthening the social life with new attractive opportunities for the residents and visitors of Litovel.
