Tato diplomová práce se zabývá monitorací analgosedace v neurointenzivní péči. V teoretické části představuje Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) a bispektrální index (bispectral index, BIS), dále popisuje farmaka, která se podílejí na zajištění analgosedace na JIP a věnuje se poškozením mozku různé etiologie. Výzkumná část zkoumá, zda je BIS vhodným nástrojem k hodnocení hluboké sedace u pacientů s poškozením mozku. Práce poskytuje srovnání RASS a BIS v prostředí neurointenzivní péče a zaměřuje se na potenciální benefit BIS u pacientů s poškozením mozku. This thesis deals with the topic of analgosedation monitoring in neurointensive care. In the theoretical part, it introduces the Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) and the bispectral index (BIS). It briefly describes sedatives and analgesics involved in providing analgosedation in the ICU and introduces brain damage of different etiologies. The empirical part examines whether BIS is an appropriate method to assess deep sedation in patients with brain injury. It also provides comparison of the RASS and BIS in the neurointensive care setting and focuses of the potential benefits of BIS in patients with brain injury.
