Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rovnováhou mezi osobním, pracovním a studijním životem studentek druhého ročníku navazujícího magisterského programu intenzivní péče (NIP 2) na 3. lékařské fakultě. Teoretická část práce začíná úvodem do intenzivní péče. Dále popisuje problematiku work-life balance. V praktické části práce bylo cílem zjistit, kolik času tráví studenti (NIP 2) studiem, prací a kolik mají volného času. Sběr dat probíhal během jednoho náhodně zvoleného týdne pomocí záznamových archů. Následně byla data u každého jedince vyhodnocena a popsána. Na závěr byla data vyhodnocena pro celý soubor respondentů. The theoretical part of the work begins with an introduction to intensive care. It also describes the issue of work-life balance. In the practical part of the thesis, the aim was to find out how much time students (NIP 2) spend studying, working and how much free time they have. Data collection took place during one randomly selected week using record sheets. Subsequently, the data for each individual were evaluated and described. Finally, the data were evaluated for the entire set of respondents.
