Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rehabilitaci pacientů po onemocnění Covid-19. Pacienti byli součástí rehabilitačního programu na klinice rehabilitačního lékařství Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady, kde podstupovali intenzivní terapii po dobu 2-3 týdnů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit účinnost terapie u všech pacientů, ale také rozdíly mezi pacienty podle přidružených chorob. Metodika: U 13 vybraných pacientů po prodělání těžkého průběhu Covid-19 jsem sbírala data o jejich zdravotním stavu pomocí anamnestických dat ve zdravotní dokumentaci a dotazníku Covid-19 Mental Health Questionaire (CoPaQ). Pomocí dat jsem vybrala nejčastěji se vyskytující choroby a komplikace, podle kterých se účinnost terapie hodnotila. Motorické dovednosti, soběstačnost a dušnost byla na klinice hodnocena podle následujících standardizovaných testů: saturace hemoglobinu kyslíkem, Bergova balanční škála, Barthelové index, Borgova škála dušnosti, modifikovaný test funkční soběstačnosti a Rozšířený Barthelové Index, který nebyl do specifických výsledku zařazen, jelikož u něj téměř nedošlo ke změně. Výsledky: Při zhodnocení účinnosti rehabilitace celkem, nikoli specificky pomocí diagnóz, byl proveden Wilcoxonův párový t-test, ze kterého bylo patrné zlepšení ve všech testovaných parametrech kromě EBI, kde byla p-hodnota... This bachelor's thesis focuses on the rehabilitation of patients after the Covid-19 disease. The patients were part of a rehabilitation programme at the clinic of rehabilitation at University Hospital Královské Vinohrady, where they underwent intensive therapy for up to 2-3 weeks. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to determine the efficacy of the therapy in all patients, but also the differences between patients according to the diseases they had associated. Methods: For 13 selected patients after undergoing covid-19, the data were collected data on their health using anamnestic data in the medical documentation and Covid-19 Mental Health Questionaire (CoPaQ) questionnaire. Using the data, there were selected the most frequently occurring diseases and complications by which the effectiveness of the therapy was evaluated. Motor skills, self-sufficiency and shortness of breath were assessed in the clinic according to standardised tests, which are as follows: saturation, a Berg balance scale, a Barthel index, a Borg scale, a modified functional self-sufficiency test, and an Expanded Barthel Index, which was not included in the specific results because it barely changed.
