Úvod: Porucha funkce horních končetin a stability trupu jsou častým projevem roztroušené sklerózy (RS), který může významně snižovat kvalitu života a negativně ovlivňovat běžné denní aktivity. Fyzioterapie má nezastupitelnou roli v léčbě tohoto onemocnění, avšak dosud není jasná evidence, zda skrze zlepšení svalové síly, koordinace a jemné motoriky může zlepšit také kvalitu života a snížit dopad onemocnění na běžné denní aktivity. Cíl: Cílem této práce je prokázat efekt fyzioterapie na neurofyziologickém podkladě na funkci horních končetin a stabilitu trupu u lidí s RS. Metodika: U lidí s RS, jejichž EDSS skóre je 1,5-7 a kteří mají nějaký problém s horními končetinami, byla použita terapie na neurofyziologickém podkladě kombinující dvě metodiky - Motorické programy aktivující terapie a Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace. Terapie probíhala individuálně a trvala přibližně hodinu, dohromady probandi absolvovali 15 terapií s frekvencí 2x týdně. Nejpozději týden před a po terapiích podstoupili vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. V tomto vyšetření nejdříve absolvovali vyšetřovací testy zaměřené na funkci horních končetin a stabilitu trupu - Five times Sit to Stand Test, Nine Hole Peg Test, Box and Block Test a vyšetření síly stisku ruky a posturálního třesu ruky. Následně vyplnili dotazníky - Stupnice... Introduction: Upper limb dysfunction and poorly trunk stability are common manifestations of multiple sclerosis, which can significantly reduce quality of life and adversely affect normal daily activities. Physiotherapy has an irreplaceable role in the therapy of this disease and through improved muscle strength, coordination and fine motor skills can also increase the quality of life and reduce the impact of the disease on normal daily activities. Objective: The aim of this work is to demonstrate the effect of neuroproprioceptive facilitation and inhibition physical therapy on upper limbs function and trunk stability in people with MS. Methods: In patients with MS with an EDSS score of 1.5-7 and who have a problem with the upper limbs, neuroproprioceptive facilitation and inhibition physical therapy was used, combining two methodologies - Motor programs activating therapy and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. The therapy took place individually and lasted about an hour, together the patients underwent 15 therapies with a frequency of twice a week. They underwent entrance and exit examinations no later than one week before and after the therapies.
