Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu klinického obrazu dětské mozkové obrny, její samotné diagnostice a možnostem rehabilitace u nás, kdy pro účely této konkrétní práce jsou podrobně popsány hiporehabilitace a TheraSuit metoda. Zároveň přibližuje anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu. Praktická část se věnuje vyšetření rozsahu pohybů kyčelního kloubu u 16 probandů rozdělených do 2 skupin dle terapeutického přístupu. Vybranými terapeutickými přístupy pro tuto práci byly terapie pomocí vesmírného oblečku TheraSuit a hipoterapie. Celkově proběhla 2 vyšetření, vstupní a výstupní, 1. a 6. den terapie, během kterých byly měřeny rozsahy všech pohybů v kyčelním kloubu pomocí goniometru a zároveň byly posuzovány 2 standardizované testy na spasticitu kyčelních kloubů. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit, zda má týdenní intenzivní rehabilitace vliv na změnu rozsahu pohybů v kyčelním kloubu a v případě, že ano, tak která z výše zmíněných metod má tento vliv větší. Výsledky ukazují, že pacienti absolvující hiporehabilitační pobyt vykazují po týdenní intenzivní terapii větší rozsahy pohybů v kyčelních kloubech než pacienti absolvující intenzivní ambulantní terapii za využití metody TheraSuit. Klíčová slova: hipoterapie, hiporehabilitace, TheraSuit, vesmírný... 1 Abstract This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the clinical picture of cerebral palsy, its diagnosis and the possibilities of rehabilitation in our country, where for the purposes of this particular work are described in detail hyporehabilitation and the TheraSuit method. It also introduces the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint. The practical part is devoted to the examination of the range of movements of the hip joint in 16 probands divided into 2 groups according to the therapeutic approach. The selected therapeutic approaches for this work were TheraSuit space suit therapies and hippotherapy. A total of 2 examinations were performed, entry and exit, on the 1st and 6th day of therapy, during which the ranges of all movements in the hip joint were measured using a goniometer and at the same time 2 standardized tests for hip spasticity were assessed. The aim of the study was to evaluate whether weekly intensive rehabilitation has an effect on the change in the range of motion in the hip joint and, if so, which of the above methods has this effect greater.
