Cílem této diplomové práce, jež má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter, je zmapovat možnosti některých aktuálně dostupných programů určených k prevenci šikany na ZŠ ve Svitavách a okolí. V první, teoretické, části práce je čtenář nejprve seznámen s tématem šikany a následně uveden do problematiky prevence, jak primární a sekundární, tak terciární, tohoto sociálně {--} patologického chování. Pozornost je zde především zaměřena na představení některých používaných metodik, v podobě konkrétních preventivních programů, které ve svém důsledku přispívají ke snižování rizika vzniku šikany. Druhá, praktická, část práce, která byla prováděna na šesti vybraných školách Svitavského okresu, obsahuje výsledky z výzkumu zjištěné pomocí dotazníkového šetření prováděného mezi žáky 8. tříd a jedné 9. třídy a také z rozhovorů se školními metodiky prevence a výchovnými poradci. Dotazováno bylo celkem 108 žáků ZŠ, z toho 63 dívek a 45 chlapců, a 5 školních metodiček prevence a 1 výchovná poradkyně příslušných škol. The aim of my diploma thesis, which is both theoretical and research work, is to describe possibilities of some of the available bullying prevention schemes for the basic schools in Svitavy and its surroundings. In the first theoretical part, the reader is acquainted with the problem of bullying and then the primary, secondary and tertiary prevention approaches to this pathological behaviour are explained. The thesis focuses especially on introduction of the methods, or the particular prevention projects, in use that contribute much to decreasing the danger of bullying emerging. The second practical part, which was done at six chosen basic schools of the Svitavy district, comprises the results of the questionnaire research. Pupils at the age of 14 and 15 as well as the schools prevention methologists and pedagogical advisers participated in the research - there were 108 pupils, comprising 63 girls and 45 boys, 5 prevention methodologists and 1 pedagogical adviser examined on the whole.
