Bravený, V. Návrh systému a optimalizace řízení zásob společnosti Interconti ing. Tomáš Bravený s.r.o. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2015. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém řízení zásob ve společnosti Inter-conti ing. Tomáš Bravený s.r.o. a navrhnout změny v řízení, které by vedly směrem k optimálním procesům ve společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část tvoří literární rešerše, kde je stručně vymezen teoretický základ do této problema-tiky. Druhou část tvoří praktická část, ve které je tato teorie aplikována na existují-cí podnikatelský subjekt. Závěrem práce je navržen nový systém, optimalizace ří-zení zásob a případná řešení nedostatků v řízení zásob. Bravený, V. The Proposal to system of the inventory management of company Inte-conti ing. Tomáš Bravený s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The main target of this thesis is to analyse inventory management in company Inteconti ing. Tomáš Bravený s.r.o. and find solutions to its management which would lead to optimal processes in company. Thesis is divided in two parts. First part is focused on literature background research where basic theory to this matter is presented. The second part is practical part in which the theory of inventory management is applied on existing company. In the conclusion of the thesis suitable method which would lead to improvement in inventory management of this company is proposed.
